This Privacy Policy describes how Anchor – AI Affirmations, developed by Agile Catalyst Labs, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency.
When you use the voice personalization feature, you may record a short audio sample. This recording is:
Text you enter to describe your mood or intentions is sent to OpenAI to generate personalized CBT-based affirmations. This text is processed in real time and is not stored by us. Please review OpenAI's Privacy Policy for how they handle API data.
If you use the voice architect feature, your audio sample is analyzed by Google Gemini to derive resonance, presence, and cadence parameters. Audio is processed transiently and not retained by us.
If you opt in to push notifications, your device's push token is registered with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). We use this token only to deliver affirmation reminders you have explicitly requested.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We receive only a non-personal purchase token to verify your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment details.
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We do not operate backend servers that store your personal data. All sensitive processing (voice, AI) is performed via encrypted HTTPS connections to the third-party providers listed above. On-device data is stored in your device's sandboxed application storage.
